COVID-19: How we manage it

We've all been through a difficult year but thanks to the progress of vaccination, we can hope for the return of peaceful travel and holidays in the near future. We have adapted to new standards in terms of hygiene and cancellation policy for your reservations.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests has always been Les Citadelles #1 priority.
But this is now even more important while we are all fighting the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

And that is why in April 2020 we have launched the:

 POWER CLEAN ACTION

We have updated our cleaning practices to follow the highest standard as recommended by the "Alliance France Tourisme", adding usage of bactericide and virus killing cleaning detergents.

It includes special training for our staff as well as making sure the newly implemented special measures have been followed.

We are willing to guarantee a deep professional cleaning for our guests. Everyone should have the confidence that booking a holiday in our properties is as safe as it can be.

This initiative is based on a double process, only way to minimise the infection risk:

Cleaning + Disinfection

For your wellbeing, we will provide in all of our properties:

  • Tissues
  • Soap
  • hydro-alcoholic gel
  • Put on display health and safety rules reminders
  • Hand wash and facemask wearing instructions

We recommend that you use the dishwasher to clean all cutlery, pans and plates instead of doing it by hand.

CHECK-IN

The reception is always carried out by us in order to be able to answer all your questions, while privileging social distancing by avoiding physical contact (no handshaking or hugging) and wearing a face mask.

The keys will be at your disposal in the accommodation.

For any stay between 01/01/21 and 31/10/21,

Full refund of the amount paid if your stay is made impossible due to* :

- Travel restrictions (origin or destination)

- Border closure

- Travel ban to the holiday location

- Lockdown

- Ban to rent for vacation rentals

* on presentation of supporting documents

For any other cause of cancellation (restaurants closed, personal concerns...), our general cancellation conditions apply.
