SITUATION 

With Cannes most exclusive shops and restaurants on your doorstep (rue d’Antibes) and the legendary Croisette and the beach within just 4-5 minutes walk, everything you may need is a stone's throw away.
The Palais des Festivals is a leisurely 10 min walk down the Croisette. This delightful district concentrates the finest galleries and home designers.

It is ideal for either a couple on holiday or a business man attending one of the numerous congresses in Cannes.

AMENITIES 

Located on the first floor, the entire apartment has been tastefully refurbished and decorated in a modern style. 4-stars rating by Atout France, the official French Tourism Development Agency.

The open plan living area receives plenty of natural light through the doors opening up onto the balcony where you will enjoy taking your coffee in the sun. There are 2 large armchairs which can transform into extra beds. A further armchair, a desk and a flat screen TV can also be found here. Free Netflix access.

The kitchen has all modern appliances allowing guests to create meals for themselves. Included are a fridge, freezer, four ring hob, dishwasher, toaster, oven+microwave, cooker hood, coffee machine NESPRESSO and a kettle.

There is a bathroom with a GREAT shower and a separate WC  and laundry with a washer-dryer.
The bedroom is light and spacious. The large double bed with its comfy mattress is just waiting for you (160cm= 63’’). The bedroom complete with a dressing table and a large wardrobe also opens onto the balcony.

The car park Lamy is just a few steps away if you wish to bring your car with you. (flat rates available). Train station 8 minutes walk.

Bed and bath linen will be provided because everybody prefers to load his suitcase with clothes and shoes instead  ;-))

Bed linen, soft bath towels and final cleaning are included in our price. 

High-speed internet with Wifi, toiletries and welcome drinks are offered.

The City tourist tax 2,95€/pers. /night is due on arrival. 
A damage deposit of €500 will be withheld (but not debited) from your payment card for the duration of your stay.
After confirmation of your booking request, a rental contract will be sent to you for signature.
